- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
- Drive revenue growth by building a robust sales pipeline and closing new accounts.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, pitches, and sales presentations to prospective partners or clients.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and regional sales teams to align lead generation strategies.
- Maintain strong initial customer relationships to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Track sales activities, update CRM records, and prepare regular pipeline performance reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Assist in onboarding and supporting channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
What We’re Looking For:

Education
Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience
2+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation within the Thin Client, Mini PC, OPS, AI PC, and ICT industry.

Skills
Exceptional communication, pitching, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Tech Savvy
Good understanding of ICT hardware solutions, B2B sales cycles, and lead generation processes.

Self-Starter
Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently to hit KPIs.

Tools
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales intelligence tools.

Travel
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for partner or client meetings and events when required.
